Put down our phones, step away from our computers, laptops and our television. Inhale and exhale relax unwind. Take advantage of this unique time. Find yourself,.without time, without haste.
Let the mind flow..into a space of peace, changing an habit of hectic times,.living in the past.
Change to a pattern of calm, staying present, living for only what is happening now.

The New Moon is here…Its time to move forward…Move forward with a list of treats, blessings, joy and happiness…A time for harmony of the mind!
Soooo I have been creeping into this phase with dashes of “tired, but wired’ sleepless nights, vivid dreams.…I am bursting with New, fighting with old…My monkey mind, iffng and butting. Making every thought and action, exhausting, guilty or unfulfilled.
Today, I pledge to myself to move forward into my destiny…Set my intentions, embrace the energy of the Moon, Release the fear, roaming thoughts….Ask myself What does the New Moon represent?…..
The New Moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle. A time to start something new, start a fresh.. begin a new chapter, project…
