Ok..so I have completed the celery juice fast.
Drink 16oz of celery juice before any fluid or food when you wake in the morning, everyday for 7 days.
Benefits suggests, detox the body, natural duratic, reduce bloating, rejuvenate the endocrine system and digestive system.
I can say I felt more focused and energised during the morning without the 11am lul, where my energy drops and there seems to be no tummy bloating.
Here are some of the points, in summary I missed my morning yoga and meditation. I also missed my morning warm lemon water.
It isa whole new routine. I would like to continue but I need to look at planning and preparing.
- Managing and preparing the juice took 20 minutes out of my morning🙄
- I lost my meditation and yoga time 🙄🧘🏾♀️
- I replaced this with a 7 minute metabolism workout, which was supposed to be for 7 days too👍🏽
- When I got home in the evenings, I did not feel to eat, so I didn’t👍🏽
- I tried to drink up 2 litres of cucumber water throughout the day👍🏽
- I didn’t have food cravings🙏🏾
- By 9pm I was sleeping!😴
- I couldn’t fit in my morning lemon water, so didn’t actually drink🍋 water until around 9.30am -10am
- Finally I was late every day to work!
